But where can you find the most picture-perfect spots on the island? Here are three places to get the best holiday snaps on your next trip to the White Island.

Es Vedrà

Photo Spots in Ibiza

Arguably the most photographed view on the island, Es Vedrà encapsulates the alluring beauty of Ibiza as well as a little bit of mystery. The rock that sits just off the southwest coast of the island stands at over 400 meters high and continues to be the subject of many myths and legends to this day.

Due to its location, Es Vedrà is said to be one of the most magnetic places on earth, with visitors reporting inference with watches and electrical devices. This strange energy brings an intangible feeling of mystery and wonder, and locals have attached great significance to the area. As well as being one of the most popular photo spots on the island, Es Vedrà is also a hotspot for meditation and spiritual practices.

Dalt Vila

Photo Spots in Ibiza

If you’re looking for some of the best panoramic photo spots in Ibiza, whilst taking a deep dive into Ibiza’s fascinating history, head to the fortified old town of Dalt Vila. This historic hotspot is located on the southeastern coast, just a stone’s throw from the party town of Playa d’en Bossa.

There are endless photo opportunities along the narrow, cobbled streets of Dalt Vila, which stand in stark contrast to the futuristic architecture of Ibiza’s party towns. For the best panoramic views of the fortified city and surrounding seas, make your way up the steep incline to the cathedral. Look out over the medieval mansions in the old town before taking in the sea views – Ibiza’s sister island of Formentera will provide the breathtaking backdrop for your special snaps.

Cala Llentia

Photo Spots in Ibiza

Cala Llentia is one of Ibiza’s hidden gems when it comes to photo opportunities, but it can be difficult to find. This secluded west coast cove is sat between two larger beaches and is only accessible by foot via a particularly steep slope, meaning there is very little footfall at the cove.

But perched on the cliffs just above the beach at Cala Llentia is a piece of modern art that is certainly one of the most interesting photo spots on the island. Here you will find the 13 basalt columns which make up ‘Time and Space’. The columns, arranged in a semicircular shape, have been a topic of debate since their installation in 2014.

Some consider it to be Ibiza’s answer to Stonehenge, whilst more imaginative visitors believe it to be a form of communication to extraterrestrial life! Whether you believe this or not, you can be sure to capture some out-of-this-world photos at this fascinating site. For the best photos of this mystical artwork, be sure to include Es Vedrà in the background along with the sprawling Mediterranean horizon.
