Today, we start the home stretch on our Iceland Ring Road adventure. After spending yesterday exploring the East Fjords, today we headed into Southeast Iceland to explore some of the country’s most beautiful scenery. One of my very favorite stops today was at the incredible Fjaðrárgljúfur Canyon. This magnificent canyon, carved by glacial meltwater over thousands of years, features steep, moss-covered walls that rise dramatically from the river below.
