After spending a few days exploring the beautiful city of Buenos Aires, I took a short trip to Uruguay today to see the amazing city of Colonia. Nestled along the banks of the serene Río de la Plata, this quant colonial settlement is renowned for its picturesque cobblestone streets, pastel-hued buildings, and abundance of architectural gems from the Portuguese and Spanish eras.
