Antarctica is a destination that has long been on my travel bucket list. Has anyone visited? If so, did you do a cruise and how long was your cruise? What other stops did you make?

I have been told that you can find some pretty good deals if you visit Ushuaia without making prior plans and have a flexible schedule. Anyone tried this?
