However, one cannot visit Shanghai without touring the futuristic Pudong district. A stop at the 2,073-foot (632-meter) tall Shanghai Tower or the beautiful Oriental Pearl TV Tower is something you will never forget.

Bucharest, Romania ($39.02)

Bucharest, Romania

The last destination on my list of cheap destinations to travel to is one of my favorite cities in Europe. Often nicknamed “Little Paris” because of its beautiful architecture, Bucharest, Romania is a jaw-droppingly beautiful city. Ever since the fall of the Soviet Union in 1989, Bucharest has been on a mission to rebuild itself into a top tourist destination.

With so many incredible museums, art galleries, and a cafe scene that puts most other countries to shame, it has done a fantastic job thus far. Beyond the museums and cafes, there is plenty to see around the city. The Arch Of Triumph, the Palace of Parliament, and the beautiful Mogoşoaia Palace are just some of the incredible sights around Bucharest to explore. So, if budget is an issue for you, but you still want to explore one of the world’s most incredible cities, I suggest you take a look at the beautiful city of Bucharest, Romania for your next trip.
